As a mother and daughter team, we lead with heart, integrity, and accountability so our guests and our crew feel seen, supported, and valued.

Pop’s Soda Shack was founded by Lori and Taylor, a mother-daughter team who believe that a great drink and a kind word can turn a day around. What began as a small soda bar with a big heart and a nostalgic ’70s and ’80s vibe quickly grew into a community favorite.

Taylor, a Dickinson State alum, fell in love with the town and saw it as the perfect place to put down roots. Dickinson became home to the first Pop’s Soda Shack, and the team is proud to continue serving the community today.

When Taylor relocated to Jamestown, ND, the dream followed. A second location was opened in nearby Fargo, expanding the reach of Pop’s signature joy and hospitality.
